Ronald G. Layard-Liesching, Chairman

Ron Liesching was formerly the Chairman of Pareto Partners New York LLC, he was a co-founder of Pareto in 1991. He was the architect of Pareto’s quantitative, risk based approach used over 17 years in $55 billion of mandates for 61 institutions. Prior to Pareto, he was Director of Quantitative Products for County NatWest Investment Management Ltd. and Managing Director of Chase Bank and Chase Investment Bank. Ron is the Chairman of Mountain Pacific Group.

Jolanta M. Wysocka, Chief Executive Officer

Jolanta Wysocka was formerly a strategist with Russell Investments focusing on asset allocation and structured solutions for institutional clients. Prior to Russell she was a Portfolio Manager for Deutsche Asset Management, Federated Global Investment Management and Parametric Portfolio Associates. Jolanta is the Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Pacific Group.

Mark Miller, Chief Operating Officer

Mark Miller has over 30 years of experience as President, Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of corporations engaged in a variety of enterprises including construction, real estate development, investment broker-dealer, and investment management. Mark is the Chief Operating Officer of Mountain Pacific Group.
